I`m Mara Anderson, seamstress and owner of Mara`s Sewing Studio. My mum taught me to sew when i was around 12. I used to watch her work at a sewing company when she`d take me along. I developed a passion for sewing and went on to graduate from sewing school and art school. At 18, I started working for several sewing companies, gaining experience with everthing from simple blouses to PVC protective clothing. After having my three beautiful daughters, i sewed dresses and dolls for them.
